what we do

As a confidential, external resource, we help individuals and organizations by supplementing a company's traditional dispute resolution channels.

For Individuals

We provide a safe place for employees to talk confidentially about work-related concerns, without judgment.  We help identify and clarify their issues and goals, explore options for resolution, and support them in making their own decision about next steps.

For Organizations

We enable companies to resolve employee concerns, promote fairness and equity, and catch issues before they escalate by bringing trends, insights and systemic problems to the attention of senior leadership, along with actionable recommendations.
